All are invited to attend the KWHSS Banquet and Ball.

Seating is limited; cost for the banquet is $25 until May 15, $30 from May 16 through at the door. Vegetarian selections will be available.

The banquet will be served on oblong tables of 8. Salad, bread, and water will be set when guests arrive. Dinner comprised of chicken, orzo pasta, grilled vegetables (zucchini, squash, asparagus, carrots, etc.,) will be served family style to accommodate vegetarian, non-dairy, etc. Coffee, tea, and water will be available at the back of the hall (self service.) Coffee and desert will be available at the dance portion of the evening. Likely fresh fruit, mini tarts, cookies and that ilk. please email the site steward for an ingredient list or any other concerns.

Corkage is only $10 plus tax and tip, if people want to bring their own wine, mead, whatever (all are okay with the hotel.) If people wish to bring table decorations, the hotel allows candles, but they must be encased in glass.

The banquet will start about 6 pm, or about an hour after the last classes end. There will only be one, family-style serving, so latecomers will have a cold supper.

After the feast will be the dance; desert and coffee will be served, again buffet style.

Both the banquet and the dance will be in Ballroom A & B on the first (lobby) floor.

The price of the dance is $5 at the door, but is included if you also attend the Banquet.
